IN THIS YOGA BALL EXERCICES , we are going to show you how
to use the yoga yoga ball to do some arms exercices, of course there is a
lot of exercices to do with the yoga ball, and also you can use your
imagination on doing that. but in this article, we will show you some of the
most popular exercices, just to give you some ideas on how to do that, at home or every where.
- Yoga Yoga ball Biceps Curl – Standing : follow the next rules
Stand
up with your back against the exercise yoga ball, itself against the wall
and Raise the dumbbells towards your
shoulders
- Yoga ball Biceps Curl - on
Knees, One-at-a-Time : follow the next rules
Kneel
down in front of the exercise yoga ball and rest your upper arm on top of it
and Raise the dumbbell towards your shoulder
- Yoga ball Triceps Extension
: follow the next rules
Lie prone with your forearms on top of the exercise yoga
ball, and Push yourself up by rolling the yoga ball towards your hands to
extend your arms
- Yoga ball Triceps Extension
– Standing : follow the next rules
Stand
up and place your forearms against the exercise yoga ball, itself against the
wall and Push yourself back by rolling
the yoga ball towards your hands to extend your arms
- Yoga ball Triceps Extension
– Weighted : follow the next rules
Lie
on your back, shoulder blades against the exercise yoga ball, buttocks off the
floor and hold dumbbells on each side of your head, and Raise the dumbbells up by straightening your
arms.

Raise the dumbbells up by straightening your arms and Pull the handles by curling your wrists.
