Yoga ball exercices
for abs
Ball Crunch :
The exercices rules :
Your hands behind your ears and Lie on your lower back, and Roll your shoulder blades up and lower yourself back down
Ball Crunch with Legs Elevated
follow
the rules:
arms across your chest and Roll your shoulder blades up and
lower yourself back down.
Yoga Ball Reverse Crunch :
follow
the rules:
arms spread out
and Squeeze the ball with your legs and
roll your knees towards your chest
Ball Side Crunch
follow the rules:
arms across your
chest, legs extended and feet wide apart , and Raise your upper body up from
the ball.
Ball Table Top:
follow
the following rules:
place your forearms on top of the exercise ball in front of
you and Raise your knees from the floor
by rolling forward on the ball until your legs are fully extended
Ball Bridge T Fall-Off:
follow
the rules:
back straight and extend your arms out and Roll off the ball
slightly to one side
